Manufacture Warranty

During the warranty period, if a problem occurs during normal use and it is deemed that there is a problem or defect in the manufacturing process or parts, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

*In order to guarantee, a warranty card (description of purchase shop and date of purchase), receipts, receipts, shipping company slips, etc. are required.

* Please check the attached warranty for details of the exemption reason.

TSA Guarantee

When traveling to a TSA lock compatible country, if the key is destroyed by a TSA employee and breaks down, we will repair it free of charge.

*When the TSA staff unlocks and inspects, the "inspection certificate" is always included. An inspection certificate is required for repairs.

*The warranty only applies to key destruction, so any other damage or loss is not covered by the warranty.
